Return Policy at Organic Assets:
Grounds for returns:
- Returns are applicable within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Returns can be claimed in the following cases:
- Our customized packaging was torn.
- Products inside the parcel were missing.
- Quantity received was not as per the quantity ordered. To illustrate – you ordered 500 grams of Honey and received 250 grams of Honey.
- Product received was not the product that was actually ordered. To illustrate – you ordered Honey and received Essential Oil in its place.
Conditions to claim returns:
The return will only be granted if the client provides a short video from the opening of parcel till the opening of our customized packaging and making it clear that the products were actually damaged at that time when they were received by the client.
Procedure to claim returns:
The client will have to upload the video at info@Organic-assets.in and re-ship the product to the following address:
East Patel Nagar, Circuit House Road, Ratanada, Jodhpur (Raj.)
The amount that the client will bear on shipping will be credited to the client’s account after the client shares the screenshot of the payment made at info@Organic-assets.in
How do I cancel an order?
You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped. In case your product has not been shipped, for cancellation, Contact Us. Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled in case an order shipping has already been made.
